We only use solid 14k or 18k Yellow/Rose/White gold. Solid gold jewelry is long lasting and is safe to be worn during showers.

We only use natural diamonds and gemstones, unless otherwise stated. Since gemstones are natural, we strive to select the best composition of colors available. However, we cannot guarantee exact replicas of the stones photographed.

Free SF Express shipping within Hong Kong local and Macau for purchase over HKD 1,000. Self Pick up at Central shop is available. International shipping is calculated at check out.

Most of our pieces are Made to Order.
For pieces we have in stock, we shall ship it within 1-4 business days. Or otherwise, we will custom make yours and the piece will require 20 working days for production.
For some unique pieces, we will be unable to remake, so catch your chance to purchase when it is available.
Shall you require special ring size or specifications, please let us know before check out as gold and diamond prices these days are striking high which affect our production costs.

Jewelry Resize/Repair/Refurbishment
All jewelry sizes are indicated in the product description, please confirm the size before purchasing. If you require to modify the size, a manual fee will be charged.
Repair and refurbishment services are available by price quotation.
Please send photos of jewelry that need to be resized, repaired or refurbished to our store. INNATE will provide quotations about the fees, payment information and mailing addresses. After confirming the payment, please mail the piece of jewelry back to our store.
Typical modification/repair/refurbishment projects take about 7-10 working days.
The customer will be notified and the jewelry will be sent back after completion.

Sizing
We offer custom order ring sizes in HK, US and EU sizing depending on your preference. Simply let us know about your ring size.

For the limited in-stock items, we can offer sizing at additional costs:
Sizing price list:
To size down: HKD 240 or USD 30
Up to 1 full size larger: HKD 350 or USD 45
Up to 2 full sizes larger: HKD $500 or USD 65
For sizing larger than 2 sizes or for items made with 18k or platinum and/or items with wider than normal shanks, please contact us for a sizing quote.

International Duties and Taxes
We ship our merchandise in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), i.e., product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your INNATE JEWELRY account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.
Next step is to select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm.
Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
Once we receive your order, items in stock will be shipped within 5 working days and for items not in stock or made to order, it may take up to 2-4 weeks for item to be made and prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
All shipping services used by INNATE JEWELRY provide a tracking number. Merchandise will be dispatched on business day. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined unless otherwise requested.
Estimated transit time after dispatch & shipping fee:
We offer free SF Express shipping on all orders to Hong Kong and Macau for purchase over HKD 800. For the rest of the world, please find check pricing at check out.
